PREAMBLE

  1. These general conditions of sale are agreed upon between Associação Desportiva Douro Bats, headquartered at Rua de Requesende 382, 3ºEsq. 4425-397 Porto, Portugal, tax identification number 516953389, and email address dourobats@gmail.com, hereinafter referred to as “ADDB,” and individuals wishing to make purchases through the website www.intercup.dourobats.pt, hereinafter referred to as “User.”
  2. The parties agree that purchases made through the website www.intercup.dourobats.pt will be exclusively governed by this contract, excluding any conditions previously available on the website.

ARTICLE 1 – OBJECT

  1. These general conditions of sale aim to provide and define all necessary information to the User about the services and their payment carried out by ADDB.
  2. These conditions regulate all the necessary steps to make the purchase and ensure the follow-up of this service provision to the User.

ARTICLE 2 – ORDER

  1. The User completes their order by following the purchase process presented on the website www.intercup.dourobats.pt, adding the product(s) or service(s) they wish to order to the shopping cart or contact form.
  2. To place their order, the User must use the website or the email address dourobats@gmail.com.
  3. The User’s final confirmation of the order constitutes full and complete acceptance of the prices and description of the products/services available for sale, as well as these General Conditions of Sale, which will be the only ones applicable to the contract thus concluded.
  4. ADDB will honor orders received online. In the absence of service availability, ADDB commits to informing the User as soon as possible.
  5. The information on the invoice is the sole responsibility of the User. Once issued, the invoice cannot be reissued with changes.
  6. If payment of the invoice is not received by the services within the indicated period, the order will not be guaranteed.

ARTICLE 3 – PAYMENT

  1. On the website www.intercup.dourobats.pt, ADDB offers the User the following payment methods via Easypay – Instituição de Pagamento Lda:
    a) Credit card (Visa, Mastercard);
    b) Multibanco reference;
    c) Bank transfer;
    d) Direct debit;
    e) MB Way.

  1. In the case of credit card payment, the debit will be made to the User’s card immediately after confirmation of the service provision capacity. If any of the ordered services cannot be provided, their value will be credited to the User’s card after the order is closed. The name appearing on transaction descriptions will be EASYPAY*ASS DOURO BATS.

ARTICLE 4 – PROVISION AND CONSUMPTION

  1. The provision of the service will be carried out after confirmation of payment.

ARTICLE 5 – PRICES

  1. Prices are in Euros, including taxes and fees, considering the VAT value on the date of order payment.
  2. In case of a price increase of any service, the User will be immediately informed and may choose to continue their order (paying the difference) or cancel it.

ARTICLE 6 – CANCELLATION AND RETURN

  1. The cancellation or return process is handled case by case by ADDB. The request must be sent in writing to the contact email dourobats@gmail.com within 7 days of the order, and the cancellation or return instructions will be responded to and defined by ADDB through the same communication channel.
  2. Whenever possible, the return should be made via the same payment method, but if not possible, the User must provide proof of payment and account or card ownership for the refund to be made by bank transfer.
  3. ADDB commits to refunding the User within a maximum of 7 days.

ARTICLE 7 – PRIVACY POLICY

The processing of your data complies with the legislation on the protection of personal data. The data, subject to computer processing, will be included in the ADDB database and are intended for registration and presentation of other products and services, as well as institutional information, to be made available by ADDB.
Providing your data is optional, and you are guaranteed, under the law, the right to access, rectify, and delete any data that directly concerns you, personally or in writing, directly to the address listed on the homepage of this website.
